It can be such a complicated process that when it’s easy it makes all the difference in the world!

Peggy Johnston was excellent and efficient. She gave great advice on needed upgrades and she priced our home perfectly. We sold to the 2nd person who viewed! The buyer used an FHA loan which can be a nightmare of repairs upon repairs. But, after Peggy's original advice, the FHA inspection came back with full value and ZERO repairs needed! She was also a great listener to our opinions and together we easily came up with a home package that sold immediately and with no snags. She was available for any and all questions at any time. The whole process was quick, painless, and we sold for full value. Would highly recommend.

Rhesa was absolutely amazing helping us navigate purchasing land for “sale by owner” deal. The seller was a bit difficult once the purchase agreement was signed but Rhesa was able to handle everything with grace despite the frustrations felt by us the buyers.

Krista had amazing timing and was right on top of the market and what it could produce at the best dollar amount. Truly gifted in communication, pricing, and preparing the property for the best outcome.
